Strategic Team Building

An event taking place simultaneously in several cities.

Take your team outside the usual office walls and accept the “FREAK RACE” challenge. With the help of technology, participants step out of the screen and into the real world—moving around, interacting, exploring the city, and engaging in meaningful activities. Here, the outcome isn’t determined by chance, but by the participants’ knowledge, skills, strategy, orientation abilities, creativity, analytical thinking, decision-making, speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Teams carry out tasks related to sustainability, social issues, creativity, environmental protection, and community service—tasks that encourage collaboration, physical activity, exploration of the surroundings, and contributing to positive change in their city. Branches located in different cities can come together to tackle a single shared challenge, in which each participant’s real-world actions and skills contribute to the team’s overall result.
